Machine Description

The QI D950 high-speed automatic roll creasing and die-cutting machine is used for cutting various kinds of paper, applicable for printing, packaging, paper cup and other related industries. It is convenient and precise, controlled by a step motor, and can die-cut plain as well as printed paper.

QI D950 adopts a micro-computer, HMI, servo positioning, AC frequency converter, automatic counter, pneumatic lock cutting plate, electromagnetic clutch, centralized oil lubrication, overload protection and many other features — guaranteeing steady pressure, precise positioning, smooth running, safety and reliable operation. Paper roll feeding is done by a servo motor, and the die cutting method can be pre-set either by following the colour code or by setting a certain cutting length.
