Machine Description

The QI F950 is a 4-colour flexo printing machine that completes unwinding, printing, varnishing, IR drying and rewinding in a single pass, built around ceramic anilox rollers for consistent ink spread.

Characteristics & Key Features

  • Adopts ceramic anilox rollers to spread ink.
  • Unwinding and rewinding controlled by magnetism power brake clutch and automatic tension controller.
  • Each printing unit adopts 360° for registration with one IR drier.
  • The rubber roller can break away automatically while parking and at low running speed, avoiding the ink from drying out.
  • Main motor adopts imported stepless regulation of frequency conversion.
  • One mounting device; one anilox roller for each group (specification optional).
  • One unwinding tension controller and one rewinding tension controller.
  • Hydraulic loading and hydraulic unloading.
